We’re working with a fast-growing digital product company building high-performance web solutions for e-commerce and performance-driven brands. The team is small and highly technical - focused on clean code, measurable impact, and scalable products.

The company is growing, and they’re now looking for a CRO Specialist to join the team.

About the role

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to grow in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), experimentation, and web analytics. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to help improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates through data-driven decisions and testing.

Your day-to-day

  • Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests and website experiments
  • Monitor user behavior, funnels, and conversion performance across websites and landing pages
  • Use analytics tools to identify drop-offs, friction points, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers to implement CRO improvements
  • Create data-driven hypotheses and prioritize testing opportunities
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations based on insights
  • Work with tools like GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, GTM, or similar analytics/tracking platforms
  • Improve landing page performance, user experience, and conversion flows
  • Stay up to date with CRO trends, best practices, and experimentation methodologies

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has completed CRO courses/training
  • Understands the basics of A/B testing, user behavior, and conversion funnels
  • Is familiar with tools like GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, GTM, or similar platforms
  • Has an analytical mindset and enjoys working with data
  • Is curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Pays attention to detail and can spot improvement opportunities
  • Communicates well and enjoys collaborating with different teams
  • Can take ownership of tasks and work independently

Nice to have

  • Personal projects, freelance work, internships, or hands-on practice related to CRO or analytics
  • Familiarity with landing pages, e-commerce, or performance marketing
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
