Mid-Senior Employer Branding Manager
We are partnering with one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the region Hostinger to hire a Mid-Senior Employer Branding Manager.
With 900+ professionals and more than 5 million customers across 150 countries, Hostinger continues to scale globally while building products that help people and businesses succeed online faster and easier.
This role is for someone who wants to build, challenge, and shape how a global tech company is perceived as an employer.
You'll take ownership of employer branding strategy across international markets — from partnerships and ambassador programs to conferences, social presence, and storytelling initiatives that attract top talent.

What you will be doing
- Owning and driving employer branding strategy and campaigns end-to-end
- Building partnerships with communities, universities, industry networks, and external organizations
- Scaling employee ambassador initiatives and strengthening authentic employer storytelling
- Identifying speaking opportunities and supporting conference participation globally
- Representing Hostinger across events, webinars, and employer branding initiatives
- Using insights, research, and data to improve employer branding performance
- Managing and improving employer reputation channels such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and career pages
- Managing budgets and ensuring efficient execution of initiatives
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of employer branding experience, ideally in-house or within fast-growing environments
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
- Experience launching impactful employer branding campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management across HR, Marketing, Communications, and Leadership
- Excellent English communication skills
- High ownership mindset and strong storytelling abilities
- Confidence working with digital tools, platforms, and data
- Someone creative, bold, and willing to challenge conventional approaches

Compensation
Gross salary starting from €3500–4700/month depending on experience and overall fit.
For highly experienced candidates, compensation flexibility is possible based on the value and impact you bring.
