MAD Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing international tech company to hire a Communication Projects Manager.

The company operates globally, serving millions of customers across 150+ countries, and is known for its strong internal culture, fast execution, and product-driven mindset. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy, storytelling, project management, and culture-driven communication into one impactful position.

You'll help shape how the company is perceived internally and externally — across media, social channels, events, and social responsibility initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Leading integrated communication projects from idea to execution
• Collaborating across teams to strengthen employer-focused communication and brand visibility
• Creating engaging content across social media, PR, blogs, and internal communication channels
• Helping communicate topics such as AI-driven work culture, innovation, and freedom to experiment
• Building and scaling social responsibility and community initiatives
• Monitoring trends, audience feedback, and communication performance to continuously improve impact
• Supporting initiatives that strengthen company culture and attract future talent

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience in communications, PR, employer branding, or project management
• Experience managing integrated communication projects end-to-end
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills
• Experience with media relations and social media management
• Background in CSR, social impact, or community initiatives is considered a strong advantage
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong execution
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Strong English and Lithuanian communication skills
• Someone proactive, creative, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment

Compensation

Gross salary starting from €3500–4700/month depending on experience and overall fit.

For highly experienced candidates, compensation flexibility is possible based on the value and impact you bring.
